  1. LA FISH FRY Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil (3 oz)

    Boil-in bag convenience. Toss in a bag of this seasoning and let the whole herbs and spices work their magic.

    Unit Size: 3 oz.

    Cooking Directions: To a large pot, add enough water to cover seafood, 4 Tbsp. salt nd 1 bag of Crawfish, Shrimp, & Crab Boil. Bring to a rolling boil, add seafood, and return to a boil. Boil crabs 20 minutes, crawfish 15 minutes and shrimp 2 minutes. Remove from heat and soak 5 minutes. For added flavor: Add halved lemons and cayenne pepper prior to boiling water.

    One bag seasons 4 lbs. crawfish or shrimp, or 1 dozen crabs.

    Ingredients: Mustard Seed, Coriander, Red Pepper, Bay Leaves, Dill Seed, Cloves And Allspice.

    Description: LOUISIANA Crawfish, Crab & Shrimp Boil is a blend of your favorite ingredients packed in one to give your seafood just the right flavor and spice. Nothing to mix. Just pour and boil. It's that easy. This package boils 4lbs crawfish, 8 medium crabs or 5lbs shrimp.

    Boiling Seafood: 3 easy steps: 1. Fill a large pot with enough water to cover seafood. Add LA Fish Fry craawfish, shrmip & crab boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Add Seafood. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated (crawfish: 5 min, shrimp: 3 min, crabs: 15 min) 3. Turn fire off and let seafood soak 15-25 min. Note: The longer seafood soaks, the spicier it will be.

    Steaming Seafood: Pot should have a raised rack 2" high. Add water to pot just below level of rack. Bring to a boil. Add nothing at this time. Cover tightly. When steam escapes, add seafood. Cover tightly, and when steam escapes again, steam shrimp 8-10 min., crabs or crawfish 10-12 min. In an ice chest, layer seafood, sprinkling each layer with LA Fish Fry crawfish, shrimp & crab boil. Cover and let stand 12 minutes.

    Boil seafood to your own taste. Our potent liquid concentrate seasoning delivers maximum flexibility & taste

    Cooking Directions:

    1. Crawfish or Shrimp: Use 1 Tbsp. per 5 pounds of seafood. (5 fl. oz. per 50 pounds) Use enough water to cover seafood completely. Bring seasoned water to a rolling boil, then add seafood and return to boil. Boil 5 minutes, remove from heat and let soak 20 minutes. The longer seafood soaks the spicier it will be. Enjoy!
