Yield: 1 lb. of Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab boils is enough seasoning to make 15 lbs. of Shrimp, 2 dozen crabs or 10 lbs of Crawfish. 50# box will prepare for 750 lbs. shrimp, 100 dozen crabs, or 500 lbs crawfish.
Cooking Directions: 1 lb of crawfish, shrimp & crab boil is enough seasoning to make 15lbs of Shrimp, 2 dozen crabs or 10 lbs of Crawfish real tasty. (To reduce strength add more water.) Using just enough water to cover seafood, bring seasoning & water to a rolling boil. Add seafood & bring to a rolling boil again for 5 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand in liquid for 25 minutes. The longer the seafood stands, the spicier it will be.
